Eric graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in music therapy in 2010 and is a board certified music therapist living in Cincinnati. In 2011, Eric completed his music therapy internship in Columbus, OH at Bridgeway Academy, an education and therapy
center for children with developmental disabilities. Eric spent the next three years working for a non-profit music therapy organization,
Melodic Connections, in Cincinnati, OH. There, he taught adapted guitar and piano groups and helped with the adult day program. He also taught adapted night classes for choral singing, guitar, and small ensemble. Beginning in 2013, along with two other music therapists from Melodic Connections, Eric helped bring music therapy into some
public school classrooms in Cincinnati, OH. Eric joined on with Ellison Behavior Consulting in January of 2015 and is thoroughly
enjoying the world of contracting music therapy services. Eric enjoys the opportunity to get to know his clients with Ellison on a one-on-one basis, which he believes is the foundation to a successful therapeutic relationship.
